Borchert Map Library Teacher Fellowship

The Borchert Map Library Summer Teacher Fellowship Program is an opportunity for teachers to explore resources at the Library, learn new technology and build engaging learning activities for their students.

The Fellowship is made possible through an endowment of the Borchert Map Library. Each summer, we select 5 teachers from a very competitive applicant pool to join the fellowship. During the fellowship, teachers are given full access to the Library’s resources, including print and digital maps, instruction in GIS, staff to create GIS data and, most importantly, time and access to other teachers.
